Ministry Roles and Responsibilities:
Participants:
- Commit to regular attendance
- Engage in discussion, prayer, and fellowship
- Respect group guidelines and leadership
Hosts:
- Open their home for group gatherings
- Provide a welcoming, safe environment
- Coordinate logistics (seating, space, etc.)
- Partner with the facilitator
- Hosts are not required to lead — hospitality is ministry.
Facilitators:
- Lead group discussions using church-approved material
- Encourage participation and spiritual growth
- Maintain doctrinal alignment with Hope Center
- Create space for prayer and Spirit-led moments
- Communicate attendance and needs to leadership
Group Admins:
- Communication and follow-up
- Attendance tracking
- Support hosts and facilitators
