Oasis Singles Conference 

Welcome to the 2023 Oasis Conference!

Oasis Conference will be held from Thursday, May 25 to Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Hope Center Church in San Antonio, Texas. The conference theme is Revived. We are revived when in the presence of our loving Savior and we are revived when in fellowship and unity with other apostolic individuals.

Registration is $60 and includes access to all services and breakout sessions.

Registration will be available at each service as well as online. $60 for the entire conference or $30 for Friday and $25 for Saturday.

Meet The Speakers

Raymond Woodward

Evening General Session Speaker

Rev. Raymond Woodward is the lead Pastor of Capital Community Church. Raymond has served as an instructor for theology, music, computer and business subjects at Northeast Christian College, CompuCollege School of Business and the New Brunswick Community College, and also completed his certificate in Adult Education at the University of New Brunswick.

Dyron Adams

Day General Session Speaker

Dyron Adams and his wife Tamberli, and children Zion, Olivia, and Malachi, have been in full time ministry since 2007. Dyron has been an International evangelist since 2008. The Adams family lived in Asia and Europe doing missions work from 2012-2016. They have now based in Dallas, TX the past 6 years while also traveling often to South East Asia for ministry. Dyron has two Bachelor Degrees from Stephen F. Austin University, one in Psychology and the other in Literature.

Debbie Saiz

Breakout Session / Panel Speaker

Debbie Saiz serves as the National Director of UPCI Single Adult Ministries.  She and her husband, Steve Saiz Sr, pastor Bayside Apostolic Center in Torrance, CA.  One of their greatest joys was becoming Grandparents in November 2021 to Raylan and in June 2022, Elle. Debbie enjoys life as Raylan and Elle’s G-Mom, spending time with her family, walking Zegna, their Boxer dog, and Verdell, their Grand Pug, traveling, and baking. She recently started Pattie Fae Breads, a bread company using a recipe and starter from her Mother, Pat Foster. The starter is over 51 years old. Debbie is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Cheryl Carter

Breakout Session / Panel Speaker

Cheryl Carter is the National Single Adult Ministry Secretary for the UPCI and has served as the Texas District Single Adult Ministry Director for 17 years.  She is also the founder of Texas Singles Conference. Cheryl and her husband, Gary, reside in Lufkin, Texas. Her favorite things are being with family and friends, traveling and coffee.

Sylvia Clemons

Breakout Session / Panel Speaker

Sylvia Clemons is an ordained UPCI minister, a licensed professional counselor, and chemical dependency counselor in Dallas, Texas. She teaches and ministers all around the country and overseas. As a professional counselor, she has walked alongside people on their journeys to healing and wholeness since 1981.  Sylvia has seen the triumph and beauty in the human spirit as it heals from trauma and loss and is restored to a vibrancy that creates life possibilities they never before dreamed they could have.
